Parents, guardians and new students (accompanied by an adult) are welcome to attend either session. Due to limited group sizes, please refrain from bringing extended family or siblings who are not attending Canyon View. Teachers will be busy preparing their classrooms for the start of school and will not be available for visits or questions until our Back to School Nights (Grades TK & Kinder on Monday, August 11th from 5 to 6 pm and Grades 1st through 5th on Thursday, August 21st from 5:15 to 6:45 pm).

Canyon View Elementary welcomes parents and guardians to join us for our 2025 -2026 Back to School Nights. There will be two B2SNs this year based on your child's grade. Our TK and Kinder Back to School Night will be on Monday, August 11. Grade 1 through 5 will take place on Thursday, August 21.

"Please join us on Tuesday, August 12th for our Annual School Year's Eve event! Come meet your new classmates, play some games, connect with other families, learn a little more about what the PTO and Foundation support, and check out some of our Coyote gear designs before placing orders for the new year. Bring a dollar to purchase a token and try your luck with our new jumbo prize gumball machine to try and win some Coyote Gear!

Please note: this is not a drop off event. for the safety of your child, please plan to supervise them at all times.

We are excited to be welcoming our Coyote pups back on campus!

The bell rings promptly at 8:45 am. Parents are welcome to walk their child/ren to class on the first day to assist with dropping off school supplies and take photos. Some quick reminders: ALL GRADES TK to 5th dismiss at 2:45 pm (there are no more TK/K Transition Days).

Be sure to get plenty of rest! We can't wait to see what the new school year has in store for us!

Coyote Families are invited to attend our annual Family Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, August 23rd from 8 am to 10:30 am. This event is free for the whole family to attend (donations are appreciated but not required!). Our Dad's Club will be serving up some delicious homemade pancakes right off the grill. Dress them up with some of your favorite toppings and enjoy a morning connecting with other Canyon View families. Please note, this is not a drop-off event. For their safety, please plan to supervise your child/ren during the event.

Come Dine With the Pack at our first Family Dine Out of the Year at Best Pizza & Brew in Carmel Mountain Ranch (11489 Carmel Mountain Rd.) from 11 am to 9 pm on Tuesday, August 26th. Show this flyer or mention "Canyon View" when ordering and 33% of your bill will be given back to support the Canyon View PTO. It's tasty, easy and fun to be part of the Coyote Grub Club! Participation in our social and fundraising events are voluntary and not required.

Welcome back Coyote Families! August is already upon us and we are excited for the new school year! We already have several notable events to share from School Year's Eve, Back to School Nights (one for TK and Kinder and one for Grades 1 through 5), and our Annual Pancake Breakfast.
